Easter 2012

Easter tradition in my family is that the Easter Bunny leaves a trail of peanuts from the child’s room to the goodie baskets. We wanted this tradition to be carried on with our kids and this was the first year Evelyn could enjoy it. We then enjoyed a nice Easter Service with our church (Evelyn slept through part of it) and then off to the Sr. Betts house for Easter Egg Hunts and dinner. Easter traditions coming to life in our children are so wonderful. It is fun to remember them from when I was a child and enjoy them now with my children.

Short/Blessed Kenitzer Visit

The Kenitzers had a short trip to Oregon for a Wedding and we were lucky to have some time with them. I cannot get enough of this family. My Godchildren are growing up so fast and I just want to hold them all the time. I so wished we lived closer so I could be able to be with them more!

My 30th Birthday

For my 30th birthday we had a MOVING PARTY. We moved into a beautiful home just down the street from Reuben’s parent’s house. We were so blessed to have the opportunity to be in this home. It is going to be an amazing place for our family.

Since I was not able to do much moving myself being pregnant, we asked everyone to come out and help then hang out. We much appreciated everyone’s help. Then on my actual birthday we met up with some friends in Portland at PF Changs for Dinner. It was such a nice time to spend with friends.

I also enjoyed tea parties with my daughter and couldn’t resist Evelyn in her Minnie Mouse costume.

Evelyn's 2nd Birthday

For Evelyn’s 2nd Birthday we had a Pony Party. Handkerchiefs were given out, pin the tail on the pony played, pony bead necklaces made, and fun was shared by all the kids. Evelyn had such a great time. I am so amazed at how quickly time goes and how fast she is growing up.

New Years 2012

We went to Baker City to celebrate my Aunt Bonnie’s 60th Birthday. Fun times were had.
